Dr. Pauline Serice & Associates/Experiential Authentic Leadership Development - Consultant Certification Candidate Program is a one of a kind, long-term consultant development program created for uniquely committed individuals who have the vision and desire to be PSA/EALD-GAP™ licensed consultants in their own businesses.

These rare individuals are enrolled in a transformational consultant certification candidate program executing "real-time" breakthrough projects in their own lives through which they learn how to transform themselves as authentic leaders and thereby have the credibility and expertise to truly develop others in authentic leadership.

The culmination of this consultant certification candidate program is the ability also to manage their own consulting practice licensing the proven proprietary technology of Experiential Authentic Leadership Development - Growth through Adversity Process (EALD-GAP™) designed by Dr. Pauline Serice over the past 35 years.

The methodology

Dr. Serice's heuristic process in EALD-GAP™ technology follows six phases: engagement, immersion, incubation, illumination, explication, and creative synthesis. The process begins when the learner or co-researcher becomes personally engaged with a deeply meaningful question, presenting problem, or lived experience of authenticity in leadership.

Through immersion, the person enters the inquiry fully, using journals, coaching conversations, self-observation, and lived action to examine what is actually occurring in thought, emotion, body, behavior, and results.

Laurence Wright is a BSc (Honors) graduate in Electronic Engineering who began his career working worldwide in Seismic Exploration with GSI, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Western Geophysical, and Schlumberger. Over the next fourteen years, he expanded into Information Technology and Project Management within the Deregulated Energy and eCommerce industries, serving with Reliant/NRG Energy, North American Power, and The Home Depot.

After completing his tenure at CAPCO Consulting, Laurence continues to partner with Dr. Serice as an EALD-GAP™ consultant in development to accelerate the rapid implementation of EALD-GAP™ Technology in our society, in a more focused way, based on the egregious and urgent need he witnessed across all his corporate endeavors.

Becoming a PSA/EALD-GAP™ Certified Consultant allows Laurence to live his purpose: to live Experiential Authentic Leadership Development, and to fulfill his Impossible Promise: to establish Experiential Authentic Leadership Development across all humanity.

Salesforce.com is the focus of Constantine Vigderman's fifteen-year career. Starting his Salesforce journey as a user, he quickly became an administrator, transitioned to consulting work and developed several implementations of his own.

Companies such as Waste Management, Quinnox Inc., Hisco Inc., mGive, The Art of Charm, Stik.com, GetSales, and Kabongo have utilized Constantine's Salesforce expertise. Currently a Salesforce Architect at Admin Within LLC, he serves as a solution architect, program manager, business analyst, and project manager for Admin Within's clients. He has a B.A. in PPE (politics, philosophy and economics) and Russian Literature from Pomona College in Claremont, California and presently resides in Houston, Texas.

Pursuing the PSA/EALD-GAP™ Consultant Certification empowers Constantine to fulfill on his purpose and impossible promise, and to inspire the companies and people who surround him to perform at their highest level. His purpose is to inspire hope in what is possible, right now, by living Experiential Authentic Leadership Development and his "impossible promise" is to create the norm of authentic dialogue in society.
