Journey Starters

Photograph of a person standing on a sandy beach facing a colossal turquoise ocean wave that towers overhead, underscoring scale and confronting a massive challenge.
The Journey Starters give you a way to begin looking at what is happening, what keeps repeating, and what may be possible next.
Watch the starter videos and notice which journey starting place sounds most familiar. You do not have to know the correct name for your situation before you begin. Most people arrive with something unfinished, frustrating, painful, confusing, or repeating.

Journey Starting Places

Select the entry that most closely resembles what you are facing. It does not need to be perfect. The purpose is to begin from the real place where breakdown, frustration, repetition, or untapped capacity is showing up.
If none of these seem exact, start with I Cannot Quite Name It Yet. Each Journey Starter helps you look at what is visible and uncover what may be operating underneath.

Repeating the Same Patterns

For people who keep producing the same unwanted result, even after insight, effort, or commitment.

Knowing but Not Living It

For people who can explain what should be done but do not live it steadily under pressure.

Conversations That Do Not Shift

For relationships, families, teams, or organizations where people talk, explain, defend, agree, or avoid, but nothing actually changes.

Good Enough Results

For people or organizations functioning acceptably while frustration, resignation, or untapped capacity remains protected underneath.

Culture That Will Not Change

For leaders and organizations where change has been named, attempted, or announced, but the lived norms remain the same.

Leadership Without Breakthrough

For leaders who are active, capable, and responsible, but still not producing the trust, accountability, transformation, or movement they intend.
