The retreat experience

Reflection and clarity

EALD-GAP™ leadership retreats are held in relaxed, tranquil environments where leaders can slow down enough to see what is usually hidden inside the speed of execution, performance, conflict, decision-making, and organizational responsibility.

Deeply creative process

During the retreat, leaders are introduced to EALD-GAP™ technology, the work of Dr. Pauline Serice, and a deeply creative process for examining how they are currently leading, what conversations are shaping their results, and where untapped capacity may be concealed beneath familiar patterns.
This is not a typical retreat built around inspiration, activities, or surface-level team building. It is a focused time to distinguish what is actually operating beneath the visible conversations, decisions, patterns, and results.
Leaders and teams begin to see the assumptions, interpretations, avoidances, pressures, commitments, and ways of relating that are shaping what keeps happening. What may have looked like a communication issue, a strategy problem, a personality conflict, or a lack of alignment can be seen more clearly as something deeper that has been operating unexamined.
From that clarity, leaders are no longer limited to reacting, managing symptoms, or trying harder inside the same patterns. New possibilities can be created with greater honesty, responsibility, and precision. The work becomes less about temporary motivation and more about seeing clearly enough to lead differently.

OUTCOMES

Strategic design

Each retreat is designed around the leadership outcomes you are committed to creating. A discovery conversation is the first step: a time to discuss what your leaders are facing, what needs to shift, and what kind of breakthrough you want the retreat to make possible.
INTEGRITY

Honesty and responsibility

New possibilities are created with greater honesty, responsibility, and clarity, supporting leaders in seeing differently and speaking more authentically as the retreat takes shape.
ACTION

Capacity for action

From there, the retreat can be shaped into an extraordinarily creative experience that supports leaders in returning with a new level of capacity for action.
