"As the proverbial ostrich, with my head in the ground avoiding discussions and realizations inherent in your work, it's hard for me to express how meaningful and impactful it is to be confronted with my existing short-falls and lack of purpose. My biggest epiphany was around the manifestation of authentic leadership. Until Wednesday, I truly thought and interpreted musings on Authentic Leadership as basically just having the guts to say what was truly on your mind at all times and in all situations. Now my perception is forever altered.
I feel like I've always had a basic understanding that truly great leaders are driven so forcefully by a purpose that it becomes ingrained as a fundamental part of the leader. What I've always taken for granted was how the purpose became such an integrated piece. In my head, there was always some traumatic or life-changing event that forced the purpose to the surface, but in my self-reflection over the past few days, I've come to realize how simple and naive of an assumption I've forced myself to believe. The work and effort to establish your purpose should be just as difficult and trying (if not harder) as the work that goes into accomplishing your purpose. Like everyone else, I want to sincerely thank you for your help and guidance."

"Pauline reviewed our merchandising reorganization and spent crucial time visiting with each merchandiser as well as our merchandising management. As we ready ourselves to embark on the implementation of our new computerized merchandising system, Pauline coached each merchandiser in a positive reaffirming manner, rebuffing any attitudes of reluctance regarding change management. She has a unique ability to ask the right question at the right time, making people think while bolstering self-confidence. Her knowledge and ability are adaptable to any environment. I see Pauline as a real asset in assisting my operating company's journey on the path to greater productivity by embracing change management."

"I am so thankful for you working with me and making me challenge myself and my thinking and behavior the way that you do. I am getting through some uncomfortable stuff successfully...lots of breakthroughs from our last session. I feel very empowered in all of this uncertainty. It makes me feel like I have lots of options. Thank you for coaching me so I can keep disciplined to maintain this posture. I'm realizing the process you have given me will make my curve for more breakthroughs shorter. This next year is going to be off the charts. Rocket fuel injected!"

Youth experiences with YEALDI: two first-person accounts of change.
Before YEALDI, I was an 18-year-old arrogant know-it-all kid, deep in debt, living off of my credit cards with no plan for the future, cynical and resigned actually about what my life was going to become. I was in a dead-end job that I didn't enjoy, I didn't believe in God and was antagonistic with those who did, and my days were filled with intense agitation, anger, confusion, severe anxiety, and impatience.
Today, only 4 months after participating in the first YEALDI session I have TOTALLY changed the course of my life. I have a new job in which I see my purpose in life being fulfilled through every day, I no longer live off of my credit cards and have a well-thought-through plan for my financial independence. I am on track to quadruple the money I was making when I first started YEALDI, and most importantly, I believe in God now and am studying bible doctrine consistently which for me, no kidding, IS A MIRACLE!
I can't thank Dr. Serice enough for being the role model and teacher who inspired me and taught me how this life I have today was entirely possible through her brilliantly designed Experiential Authentic Leadership Development Technology. That is where I live my life every day.
Prior to participating in YEALDI, I was driven by the fear of what everyone thought of me. At 18 years old I had put up a front of looking good and acting like I had my life "together". I had even achieved what looked like to others as extreme success in a particular area of my life as a ballerina, but deep down I doubted myself constantly and I believed that I actually wasn't "good enough" at all. YEALDI made me face the truth. It's been very confronting. I often hate it! Which now I am understanding, means it's good for me. In a weird way, though, I love it. It makes me feel like I am that much closer to being the woman that I want to be. She's not afraid of confrontation. She takes it by the horns and makes the best out of it. I am going to be her.
YEALDI has changed my life in ways I could NEVER have imagined before. The journey of actually BEING an authentic leader in my life using Dr. Serice's technology on a day in day out basis has just begun, I realize that, but I take great comfort in the fact that I don't have to be lost and confused anymore!
